What does "bring your own AI" mean on Pro?
You connect the ChatGPT (Codex) or Claude subscription you already pay for, and it powers your ad copy, briefs, research, and image generation inside AdscendiX. We don't meter it — the only limits are the ones in your plan with them.
What happens when I run out of Monthly Usage?
This applies to Business and Agency, which run on the built-in engine. Your plan keeps all non-AI features running. To continue AI actions, buy Extra Usage (never expires) or wait for your next billing renewal — whichever comes first. Pro runs on your own AI subscription, so there's no Monthly Usage to run out of.
Can I downgrade anytime?
Yes, from account settings. Your remaining Monthly Usage stays until the next renewal. Any Extra Usage you've purchased carries over — it never resets.
How is Agency different from Pro?
Pro is built for one operator running up to 3 brands at RM 99/month on your own AI subscription. Agency is RM 329/month for up to 20 brands and 20 seats, with the built-in engine, 1000 Monthly Usage pooled across the whole workspace, and white-label reports — for multi-brand operators and agencies running under their own name.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet — we want a few billing cycles of real usage before we lock anyone into 12 months. When we launch it, Founding Agencies get first look.
Local currency — is that real billing or just display?
The selector above changes what you see on this page. Local-currency billing via Stripe is live for MY and ID; coming soon for TH and VN. USD billing works anywhere.
What counts as one Usage?
One AI action on the built-in engine (Business and Agency) — drafting an ad, generating a weekly digest, running a brand-strategist answer, or a rotation plan. Simple dashboard views and reports don't consume Usage, and Pro doesn't use it at all.
