1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdscendiX at adscendix.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdscendiX is a social media analytics platform that provides performance dashboards, content analysis, and AI-powered insights for connected social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and future platforms). The Service is provided by Stelix Digital.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Social Media Connections

By connecting your social media accounts to AdscendiX, you:

  • Authorize us to access the data permitted by the scopes you approve during OAuth authorization.
  • Confirm you have the authority to connect the accounts (e.g., you are an admin or authorized manager of the Page/account).
  • Understand that data availability depends on the respective platform's API and your access level.
  • May revoke access at any time through the platform's settings or AdscendiX's account page.

5. Subscription and Usage

  • AdscendiX offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription tiers with different brand limits and Monthly Usage allowances.
  • Usage units are consumed when generating AI-powered insights. Monthly Usage resets every billing renewal; Extra Usage purchased à la carte never expires.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other users.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service beyond normal usage.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
  • Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

7. Shared Reports

When you generate a shareable report link:

  • The report data becomes accessible to anyone with the link.
  • You are responsible for controlling who receives the link.
  • Shared reports contain analytics data and AI insights only — no account credentials or personal information is included.
  • We are not responsible for how recipients use the shared data.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI insights and recommendations provided by AdscendiX are generated using artificial intelligence and should be treated as suggestions, not guarantees. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. You are responsible for evaluating and applying AI recommendations at your own discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Stelix Digital.
  • Your social media data remains your property. We claim no ownership over data obtained from your connected accounts.
  • AI-generated insights produced through the Service may be used freely by you for your business purposes.

10. Third-Party Services

AdscendiX integrates with third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for changes in third-party API availability, data access policies, or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for data accuracy as it depends on third-party platform APIs.

12. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
